SK NAIR BANGALORE
After serving the Public Sector undertaking ITI Ltd for about 23 years, joined as the Chief Administrator in the most reputed educational institution in Bangalore, Garden City College. Served about 13 years in Garden City College, which has been evolved as Garden City University.
In order to contribute the life experiences in the field of education, SK Nair Bangalore established Edutech Foundation a Charitable Trust Registered under Indian Trust Act in 2014. Also founded a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Bangalore NERALU, a reputed Charitable Organization.
SK Nair Bangalore is running a Pre-School Kidzee in Bangalore which is yet another institution of repute that attracted wider public attention. Established of RACE2IAS in Bangalore to give intensive training to the school children of Bangalore for getting familiar with the procedures of Civil Service Examinations conducted by Union Public Service Commission.
SK Nair is well interested in in social work, especially in serving the community who are in distress and in need. An active member of various social service organizations like Neralu, Kerala Samajam, Bangalore, Kerala Samajam Dooravaninagar. etc.
Authored 22 Short stories in Malayalam and published through three books and was published by Sujilee Publications Trivandrum. Kerala. Authored and published an auto biography covering life experiences, important incidents, places visited, travelogues, involvements with general public and charitable organizations etc. with the title as ‘a travel through the memories’ (Ormakaliloode Oru Yathra ഓർമകളിലൂടെ ഒരു യാത്ര – Malayalam). This book was released by the Well Known Writer and orator in Malayalam Sri Alankode Leelakrishnan on an auspicious day, 25th August 2024, the 70th Birth Day and 50th year of existence in Bangalore.
Married to Mrs. Sumathi Chandrika, and have two children. Daughter, Sahana Chandrika did her LLM in Queen Maries University London, married to Mr Vijay Sarathy, a Senior Officer in Daimler (Bharath Benz) and have a daughter Siya Sarathy. Son, Sachin Completed his Aeronautical Engineering from MATTI University Mosco, and currently running a group of beach resorts in Varkala, Vagamon etc Kerala.
